One of my favorites characters from GB2

Dr. Janosz Poha first appeared in Ghostbusters 2, and was the Curator for the Manhattan Museum of Art. He was also the Dana Barrett's boss, whom he made awkward advances upon, usually in the form of brunch "dates."

To abduct little Oscar Barrett, he took the form of a red eyed spectral Nanny with a baby carriage. A ghoulish Marry Poppins!

In the actual movie, he looked terrifying.

Here, he looks goofy. In fact, he looks exactly how you would expect someone like Janosz in drag to look like.

Sorry for my first comment. It was not complete and I accidentally send it before it was ready.

You maybe rename this to Nanny Poha because technically it is Janosz Poha as
cross dressed Marry Poppins pedophiler form hell… Give you nightmares by just thinking about it.

P.S. The cross dressed Marry Poppins pedophiler form hell comment is from the Nostalgia Critic on when he dit the Top 11 Scariest Nostalgic Moments.
