That's actually CAPTAIN Jack Higgins to you me boyo! (It wouldn't all fit in the title) The Captain appeared in the Real Ghostbusters episode titled, "Sea Fright." After a treasure is discovered and put in a museum a ghostly pirate ship full of ghost pirates invade New York, seeking their "stolen" treasure and looting along the way.

I loved this episode, my apsalute fav one ever, He hates his own parrot, Now he's stuck with the blasted thing for eternity XD
